Business formation and operation

Nancy Essex represents clients in the formation and operation of businesses, including the preparation of articles of incorporation and bylaws for corporations and the preparation of operating agreements for limited liability companies. She also provides advice to clients in connection with issues that arise during the operation of companies.  Locally, she has represented businesses in such diverse areas as mining, construction, medical services, restaurant operation, and waste management.  She offers both advice to business clients in their day-to-day transactions and representation to clients who find themselves in a dispute that threatens to or has resulted in litigation or arbitration.
