Nancy Essex represents clients in various aspects of real estate transactions. She assists purchasers and sellers in the preparation of listing contracts and also contracts for the purchase and sale of real property.  She also advises buyers and sellers on title problems that arise as well as on restrictions governing the use of property. She prepares deeds and financing documents.  She also prepares leases for property owners and assists landlords and tenants in disputes arising from the lease of property.  She is conversant with the Colorado foreclosure laws and advises clients who become involved either as a lender or property owner in a foreclosure proceeding.
